Hon. Colonial Secretary,

The S. 5. "GEORGII" under French flag operated by Russian Volunteer Fleet, Hongkong, is at present on trip charter. She left here for Hoihow on 17th October, 1922, Charterer, Chow Ken Hoi, Bonham Strand West. She is stated to be loading salt for Canton. During the past six months this vessel has been on trip cherter by various Hongkong firms and has entered the port 18 times.

S. 8. *INDIGIRKA" under French flag, operated by Russian Volunteer Fleet, Hongkong, is at present on trip cherter. She left here for Keelung on the 12th October, 1922, charterer Suzuki & Co. She is stated to be loading coal for Canton. During the past six months this vessel has been en trip charter and has entered the port 15 times.

8. 8. "SIMPEROPOL" under French flag, operated by Russian Volunteer Fleet from Shanghai is at present running between Shanghai, Tiantain and Chinwantao. She left

Hongkong for Keelung on the 21st July, 1922. During the

past six months this vessel has entered the port 3 times.

controlled by Bussian Tolunteer Fleet (Paris). I understand there are 3 or 4 vessels in Vladivostook under the assian flag which are also controlled by Russian Volunteer Fleet

(Paris).
